SCAD Beauty Content

As part of SCAD Beauty at Savannah College of Art and Design, I interviewed Elana Drell-Szyfer, President of CEW (Cosmetic Executive Women), to gain insight into leadership within the beauty industry. The interview was shared as an Instagram Reel on SCAD Beauty’s social platforms, receiving approximately 2,000 views.

Through this conversation, I received amazing insights into the beauty industry, what it takes to be a strong leader, and the importance of networking and building meaningful professional relationships. As someone pursuing a career in the beauty industry, these insights were incredibly valuable and inspiring.

I had the opportunity to create a short-form recap for SCAD Beauty’s fireside chat featuring Elana Drell Szyfer, President of CEW (Cosmetic Executive Women).

For this activation, I filmed and edited the event content, capturing key moments from the discussion to produce a concise recap for SCAD Beauty’s social platforms. During the event, I also sat down with Elana for a short on-camera interview, which I filmed and edited as additional social content.

This experience allowed me to work in a live event setting, manage content capture in real time, and translate an industry conversation into engaging digital storytelling for a beauty-focused audience.

SCAD Beauty Content

I filmed and edited a short-form recap of the annual SCAD Sidewalk Arts Festival for SCAD Beauty’s social platforms.

The goal was to capture the energy, creativity, and community of the event in a way that felt dynamic and visually engaging for a digital audience. Through on-site filming and post-production editing, I translated the live experience into concise, shareable content that reflected both SCAD’s artistic spirit and SCAD Beauty’s brand presence.

This experience strengthened my ability to work in fast-paced, live-event environments while creating polished social-first video content.
