Sea Love, New product Development

Personalized fragrance in your Body care.

For this project, I collaborated with a classmate to develop product concepts for Sea Love, a local, experience-based candle-making boutique. We conducted research on market and consumer trends, the brand’s e-commerce presence, and its competitive landscape to gain a deeper understanding of Sea Love’s positioning and customer base.

Our research showed that Sea Love consumers highly value immersive, sensory experiences. In response, we designed two complementary body care products that extend that experiential element beyond the in-store candle-making workshop. The first is a Body Salt Exfoliating Scrub, created to deliver a refreshing, spa-like ritual, followed by a nourishing Botanical Butter Balm designed to hydrate and restore the skin.

We developed the ingredient stories and key benefits for both products, ensuring alignment with the brand’s natural, experience-driven identity. Project deliverables also included three promotional advertisements in varying lengths to support the product launch, along with mock-up imagery to visually communicate the brand story, product textures, and overall sensory experience of the collection.
